UNIT PREPARATION
Your vacation property will be cleaned and provided with fresh linen, soap,
firewood and paper products prior to your arrival. To maximize your
privacy, housekeeping will not enter your property once you have
arrived, unless you specifically request services at the time of
check-in. All units have fully equipped kitchens with microwave oven,
direct dial telephone, wood burning stove or fireplace. Please bring
beach towels if your property includes clubhouse facilities or spa. Crib
and rollaway rental services are available.
MINIMUM STAY Five nights during
Holiday Season, three nights all other times. (Exceptions may be
possible with surcharge)
DEPOSIT A deposit in the equivalent of a two night
rate will be required at the time of booking via credit card (VISA,
DISCOVER, MASTERCARD.) Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival date
via credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Location: Americana Resort Properties, 135 Main Street in the Dillon Centre above
the Summit Bowling Center.
ARRIVAL: Between 4:00 - 6:00 PM
DEPARTURE: By 10:00 AM Late departures will be assessed a fee of one night's lodging.
CANCELLATION
POLICY Written
reservation cancellation or changes must be received at least 31 days
prior to arrival date to receive refund less $75.00
cancellation/handling fee. If written cancellation occurs 30 days or
less prior to the arrival date, all monies are forfeited. DELAYED
ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES ARE CONSIDERED CANCELLATION. (Exceptions
may be possible only at the discretion of Americana Resort Properties.)
INTEREST BEARING
ACCOUNTS All interest
earned on advance deposit trust accounts shall inure solely to the
benefit of Americana Resort Properties.
TELEPHONE AND DAMAGE
DEPOSIT Credit Card
number or deposit of up to a two night rate is required upon arrival.
Deposit will be released within 30 days after departure if no telephone
charges, damage or excessive cleaning has been incurred.
PETS Due to condominium regulations, NO PETS are
allowed in any of our properties.
LIFT
TICKETS Adult and
child's daily and multi-day tickets may be purchased in advance at our
front desk when you arrive or at any time during your stay.
TRAVEL AGENT/TOUR OPERATOR
PARTICIPATION Your
participation is welcome! Special group arrangements can be made and
commissions are paid promptly with a three night minimum stay ( five
nights 12/23 - 1/1/01 ).
