Short, Mid & Long Term Rental Programs:
Americana Resort Properties has been in business for over 30 years. Our experienced staff knows how to handle all problems that might come our way. With 75 short term properties, 50 long term properties, and numerous repeat guests, we have created a management style ideal for those who enjoy working with people they know and trust.
We have a few options when it comes to renting your home on a short term basis. We understand that some people like for us to do it all, while others like to be involved. No matter what type of homeowner you are, we can work out a management plan that works best with you. Just ask us!
We all know that Summit County has its peak times. Americana strives to rent all of our properties as much as we can, which is why we have created a “seasonal” management program. Many guests come to enjoy the winter, but equally as many guests come to enjoy our wonderful summers. We rent out (with the owner’s permission) homes and condos anywhere from 1-6 months during these times. It is a win-win for all of us.
Lastly, we have a long term management program for those who do not use their unit but want steady income. We have made ourselves known around the county for our long-term rentals, and have a great reputation with the local community.

Americana Resort Properties has been in business in Dillon for 29 years. We are a full service property management operation with responsibility for over 500 properties countywide; including the management of twelve associations and the short- and long-term management of over 150 properties. We have managed both timeshare and traditional homeowners associations since 1982.

Housekeeping:
Americana Resort Properties is now offering housekeeping services. Our prices differ from those of traditional housekeeping companies because we charge you a flat rate. At Americana, we listen to your needs, and create a price based on your needs. We can even clean your home and provide all of the paper products that you need to rent it out. We can clean for you once a year or everyday…it is completely up to you!
When looking at housekeeping companies to clean your home for you, just remember that because we are a property management company, we have staff on call 24/7, in case an emergency should arise. Not all housekeeping companies can provide you with exceptional service.
